Conner Cupit is the Managing Partner and CEO of Greenbriar Restaurant Holdings. With more than 25 years in the restaurant and foodservice industries, Conner has cultivated a wealth of knowledge and experience across roles ranging from operations to brand marketing to business development and strategic planning, spanning a variety of restaurant concepts, food brands and companies from small, emerging startups to blue chip, global businesses.

Conner began his corporate career in the restaurant industry with Brinker International, where he was assigned to a variety of roles during his eight years with the company, working across many restaurant brands, including: Chili's Grill & Bar, Maggiano’s Little Italy, Corner Bakery Café, On the Border, Romano’s Macaroni Grill and Cozymel’s.

Prior to founding Greenbriar, Conner served as a marketing executive for PepsiCo, holding positions in Brand and Shopper Marketing, Channel Strategy, Product Innovation and Foodservice.

He received his MBA in Finance and Consulting from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and his BBA in General Management from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.

Conner served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Longview Economic Development Corporation in Longview, TX, from 2017 to 2019 and Vice-Chairman from 2015 to 2017 and frequently serves as a mentor to young entrepreneurs.


Conner currently resides in Dallas with his wife and two sons.

Lara Cupit is responsible for directing the catering and special events business as well as marketing & communications for Greenbriar and its restaurants.


She has an extensive background in public relations, consumer marketing and all aspects of corporate and private special event planning. Lara holds a BS with Honors from Moody College of Communications at the University of Texas at Austin.


She lives in Dallas with her husband and two sons.
