Greenbriar Restaurant Holdings, a Dallas-based restaurant development company, strategically selects promising, scalable hospitality concepts with the goal of expanding those brands into relevant, under-served markets. Greenbriar currently owns and operates Rusty Taco locations in the North Texas Market, including Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth and the mid-cities.
Greenbriar was established in 2012, selecting Rusty Taco as its inaugural concept to develop after Co-Founder and CEO, Conner Cupit, met Rusty Fenton – the Founder of Rusty Taco. From their initial meeting in Dallas, Conner was convinced that the Rusty Taco brand was the right model for Greenbriar's first project, and the Company was quickly underway.
