DIRECTOR OF TRAINING

Meeka Page serves as the Director of Training at Greenbriar Partners, where she leads the strategic planning, development, and implementation of training initiatives across the company’s restaurant brands, including Roost Chicken Salad & Deli and the Coast Southern Seafood. Meeka is responsible for building and deploying field-level training programs that support operational excellence, drive traffic and sales, strengthen guest loyalty, and foster meaningful team member engagement.

Working closely with Greenbriar’s leadership team, Meeka helps establish both short- and long-term training and people-development strategies that support the company’s growth and brand initiatives. She leads the development, coordination, and execution of operational training programs across the organization, ensuring that new initiatives, from operations processes to culinary and beverage limited time offers, are implemented consistently and effectively throughout the field. Her work focuses on equipping teams with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences while strengthening operational performance.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Meeka combines deep operational expertise with a passion for developing people and creating systems that empower teams to succeed. At Greenbriar Partners, she plays a central role in shaping the culture of learning and operational excellence that supports the continued growth of the company’s brands.

EXPERIENCE
Meeka brings extensive experience in restaurant operations, training program development, and large-scale implementation. Prior to joining Greenbriar Partners, she served as Training Program Manager at Wingstop Restaurants Inc., where she rebuilt and scaled corporate and franchise training programs nationwide. Earlier in her career, Meeka held several people development roles with Topgolf Entertainment Group, where she helped design and deliver training programs for guest care teams and corporate venues across the country.
